1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using NonsenseGO's geographic consulting services for Czech Republic 2026 initiatives, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service. We reserve the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current service shall be subject to the Terms of Service.

All geographic data, analysis, reports, and consulting materials created by NonsenseGO remain our intellectual property unless specifically agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement. Clients receive usage rights for their specific projects but do not acquire ownership of our methodologies, proprietary analysis techniques, or underlying geographic datasets.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client projects and proprietary information. We will not disclose client-specific geographic data or analysis results to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.

6. Payment Terms and Billing

Payment terms for our geographic consulting services will be specified in individual service agreements or project contracts. General payment conditions include:

• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in service agreements
• All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Additional costs for expedited services or scope changes will be agreed upon in advance

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable geographic consulting services, we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of our services or content. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind.

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NonsenseGO, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Either party may terminate ongoing consulting agreements with appropriate notice as specified in individual service contracts. Termination does not affect payment obligations for services already provided.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
